W205 vs W206 C-Class: ordering for the newest generation
What changed from W205 to W206 for body and lighting parts — and how workshops should specify fitment.

W206 is not a mild facelift of W205
W206 (from 2021) redesigned the front architecture and lighting. W205 bumpers and headlights will not bolt onto W206.
If your customer says “new C-Class,” confirm the year — 2020 is usually W205; 2022+ is usually W206.
