Our rule
We list both genuine OEM parts and OEM-quality aftermarket conversion parts. Each listing states which it is.
We never describe an aftermarket conversion kit as genuine Mercedes-Benz.
When workshops choose aftermarket
Conversion styling, volume pricing and availability on older chassis often favour OEM-quality suppliers.
When a genuine OE number is required for insurance or dealer work, say so in the order notes and we source accordingly.
Fitment still comes first
OEM or aftermarket — the chassis code and year range on the listing must match your car.
